| WORKSHOP 2 DELIVERING SUCCESFUL CREATIVE IDEAS Overview The aims of this unit require the learner to iidentify their creative skills & strengths and to focus on building those strengths, while also addressing areas that they may need to develop in order to increase their knowledge and creative potential. This workshop is designed to support those in the field of Business and Marketing. Delegates will discover methods that can be easily and quickly implemented into their professional career. Syllabus Outline Examining and identifying personal creative potential. Identifying new methods for deploying this potential. Teaching Methods Some units will be delivered through a programme of questioning / reflecting and interactive discussions. Learners will be asked to question their personal learning and thinking strategies then annotate their ideas afterwhich they will engage in group discussions concerning their own personal thoughts and inquiry. Group critiques are important as learners have the opportunity to display and discuss their work with peers. This gives the learner the opportunity to share and also exchange techniques, ideas as well as motivate and encourage each other. Instructional Method Inquiry-based Learning is often used in Science education. In this situation, it is used, amongst other methods, to support learners towards discovering knowledge independently.
