Youth Enhancement for Success:
a fetht youth-specific programme



Fetht is dedicated to providing tomorrow’s leaders with the chance to discover and
employ the necessary learning and thinking skills to support them in realizing their
full potential. Fetht offers two workshops as part of the YES youth programme:
   Gettting ready for Higher Education
   Creative Problem Solving

The aims of these units require the learner to be reflective on How they Learn and How
they Think, and introduce learning methods that may prove useful for Deep Approach
Learning. Learners may find the change to university demanding as it involves the use
of Critical Thinking as well as Problem Solving. Our workshop aspires to expand the
learners' ideas in this area by introducing them to methods that will support their
learning in Higher Education.

Workshops' General Overview
Fetht provides Professional Development Training Packages for the Business, Corporate
and Education sectors. Our unique interactive approach to conducting our workshops will
help delegates to personalise their learning experience and explore new knowledge.
All workshops are currently 1-day programmes, however we also offer ‘follow-up’ packages for those interested in further developing their skills, as well as Customised and Bespoke
